What the role looks like:

  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums for diverse learners.
  • Demonstrated coaching experience, particularly in supporting the professional growth and performance of individuals or teams.
  • Analyze team results and develop action plans for skill gaps.
  • Conduct monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Report on coaching and training impact.
  • Support new CSR learning.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of systems and processes.
  • Communicate knowledge gaps and report system issues.
  • Provide process and functional support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and data privacy guidelines.

Your profile:

  • Proven training and coaching experience, preferably with SaaS platforms or enterprise technology.
  • Ability to train a team of sales representatives and develop areas for improvement.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding goals and helping team members to do the same.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills , with a track record of engaging varied learner audiences.
  • Experience working in customer service, sales, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Skill in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work towards meeting targets and deadlines.
