What the role looks like:
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums for diverse learners.
- Demonstrated coaching experience, particularly in supporting the professional growth and performance of individuals or teams.
- Analyze team results and develop action plans for skill gaps.
- Conduct monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
- Report on coaching and training impact.
- Support new CSR learning.
- Ensure thorough understanding of systems and processes.
- Communicate knowledge gaps and report system issues.
- Provide process and functional support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Handle ad-hoc projects.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and data privacy guidelines.
Your profile:
- Proven training and coaching experience, preferably with SaaS platforms or enterprise technology.
- Ability to train a team of sales representatives and develop areas for improvement.
- Experience meeting and exceeding goals and helping team members to do the same.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills , with a track record of engaging varied learner audiences.
- Experience working in customer service, sales, or similar environment is preferred.
- Skill in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work towards meeting targets and deadlines.
