Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle management practices.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and revenue trends.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and providers to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue cycle procedures and protocols.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all revenue cycle activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of revenue cycle operations and identify potential risks.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and tools for revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in patient calling and provider interactions within the healthcare domain.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess revenue cycle processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective patient-provider interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to revenue cycle management.

Certifications Required

Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or equivalent certification in healthcare revenue management.
