Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the organization. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy the candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Office to streamline operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of policy-related tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to enhance productivity and streamline policy servicing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
