About the Role

We're hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Peptides to support the setup, compliance, and advisory of peptide-based healthcare and wellness clinics.

This is a client-facing, advisory-focused role where you'll work alongside our consulting team to guide clinics on safe, compliant, and commercially viable peptide service offerings.

This is not purely academic or research-based — it's a practical, applied role supporting real-world clinic implementation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide expert guidance on peptide therapies (clinical use, safety, application)
• Support clinic setup projects (protocol input, service structuring, workflows)
• Advise on compliance, regulations, and risk considerations
• Collaborate with internal teams on SOPs, treatment frameworks, and documentation
• Contribute to client strategy discussions and solution design
• Review and refine existing peptide offerings (not always building from scratch)

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in peptides (clinical, research, or applied setting)
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or biotech environments
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical, client-ready solutions
• Comfortable in a consulting / advisory environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are required

Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on experience with peptide therapies in a clinical, wellness, or functional medicine setting
• Experience working in: Longevity clinics, Anti-aging / regenerative medicine, Hormone therapy clinics
• Familiarity with: Peptide protocols and dosing, Patient assessment and eligibility, Safety, contraindications, and monitoring

Additional Details

• Must be able to work aligned with AEST (Australia timezone)
• Engagement is structured via Upwork (full-time hours, long-term)
