TLM Developer

As a highly motivated and experienced Reconciliations Developer, you will join our reconciliations tech team. These platforms collaborate with several middle and back-office teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in production deployments and upgrade activities.
• Provide production support and engage directly with end users to ensure platform stability.
• Deliver platform enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams across middle and back-office functions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Reconciliations: Experience with at least one reconciliation tool, preferably SmartStream TLM.
• DevOps & Cloud: Strong experience working within a DevOps culture and AWS cloud environments, including hands-on coding experience in JSON and/or YAML.
• CI/CD & Tooling: Demonstrated experience with continuous integration practices and tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
• AI: Strong understanding of AI concepts and tools.
• Unix/Linux: Strong Unix/Linux skills with the ability to work confidently in command-line environments.
• Oracle: Strong database skills.
• ETL Tools: Understanding of ETL tools such as Informatica.
• Ownership & Adaptability: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to learn and adapt as technology evolves.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
