Educational Background
- Graduate of a Business Management or Marketing-related course.
Work Experience
- At least 6-8 years of experience in the Telco industry, Internet, OTT, Fintech/Banking, or in a Product or Marketing role.
- Experience in a leadership position, managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Proven ability in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) planning and execution, with a track record of leading teams in large-scale, complex programs.
- Experience in social media and influencer marketing, including deriving measurements for ROI.
- Exposure to business finance and strong business finance skills.
- Strong bias for action and results-oriented mindset.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the Smart Prepaid brand health by ideating and bringing to life products, promos, and engagements that provide relevant consumer solutions.
- Create strategies around digital-first initiatives to drive brand perception, revenue, and consumer engagement.
- Shape the strategy of GTM plans through user insights analysis, market data, competitive research, and an understanding of national, localized, and segment requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, GTM, internal, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and effective market execution of brand initiatives and best practices.
- Coordinate internal and external product and campaign launches.
- Develop and mentor a team.
