JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
Required Skills and Work Experience:
• At least 7 years work experience as a Client Success Manager, Implementation Specialist. Experience in a BPO setting is and advantage.
• Proven track record in client onboarding, implementation, and client success management.
• Proficient knowledge on call center operations and service delivery/performance metrics.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics and advanced knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong customer service/client management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
Preferred Certifications:
• Project Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt/Agile or similar methodologies
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Hybrid working schedules; 5 days a week
