The Slot Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned areas during their shift. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective supervision of staff, and the delivery of excellent guest service, while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly gaming environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Assist in supervising shift operations and staff activities.
Conduct staff briefings to share promotions, goals, incidents, and operational updates.
Monitor gaming area ambiance, cleanliness, and equipment; report irregularities promptly.
Ensure manpower availability, product knowledge, and service efficiency to meet guest expectations.
Resolve guest and employee issues within authorized limits, escalating when necessary.
Process jackpots, manual payments, and incident reports accurately and within guidelines.
Review staff performance, provide coaching/training, and recommend development plans.
Lead by example, ensuring departmental KPIs are achieved and guest experiences remain positive.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year as Slots Assistant Manager or 5 years in a supervisory role.
High school or college graduate.
Minimum of 5 years experience in slots operations.
Strong computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
Good decision-making skills; able to work independently.
Physically able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours in gaming areas.
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in English.
