Job Description

Provide excellent service to both guests and staff, to build good customer relationships.
Always look neat and professional and greet guests warmly.
Make sure gaming machines are working properly and fix minor issues; refill slot tickets when needed.
Place out of order signs on broken machines and report them to the technician or supervisor.
Walk around assigned areas regularly and respond quickly to guest concerns or service calls.
Help guests with machines, give directions, and share info about events and services.
Clearly explain how games work, including payouts and jackpots.
Help with machine payouts following department guidelines.
Report any problems right away, such as safety issues, rude or drunk guests, or cheating.

Requirements

At least College level
Good personality & professional appearance.
Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Independent, responsible and self-motivated.
