Job Summary: This role involves performing field visits, surveillance, and stake-outs to locate clients and recover collateral when necessary. The officer coordinates with law enforcement authorities to implement writs of replevin, delivers collection demand and attorney's letters, verifies client addresses, and attends court hearings as required.
Job Duties:
- Performs field visits of Consumer Loans clients
- Perform surveillance and stake-out activities
- Implements writs of replevin. Coordinate with sheriffs and/or police authorities for implementation purpose, as necessary
- Deliver collection demand letters and attorney's letters. Performs address verification and attend court hearings, if necessary
- Accomplish proper documentation for recovered vehicle turnover
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of skip tracing and field visit from time to time
- Ensure proper use and timely liquidation of cash advances
- Comply with Consumer Loans procedures and processes
- Comply with all Bank policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of any related courses
- Previous similar work experience is an advantage
- Computer literate and/or with technical/professional knowledge
- Capable of driving motorcycle and car
- Can start ASAP
