Job Description

As Remedy's Skin Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient solutions by understanding our clients skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for potential customers, helping them on their journey to healthier, more beautiful skin. You will report directly to the Branch Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking skincare consultations and treatment guidance, both in-clinic and via phone calls.
  • Listen attentively to clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and overall needs.
  • Conduct thorough and personalized skin consultations to assess clients skin conditions and determine suitable treatments and products.
  • Provide tailored skincare recommendations based on individual assessments, ensuring accuracy and safety in all treatment suggestions.
  • Educate clients on Remedy Skintech's treatments, products, proper usage, expected results, and aftercare instructions.
  • Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships, nurture loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Demonstrate and guide customers on the correct use of premium skincare products.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure the retail and consultation areas are well-organized, clean, and presentable.
  • Assist with inventory management, retail operations, and administrative tasks such as scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective consultation and client engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role within the skincare, beauty or retail industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on skincare routines and ingredients
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation and organization
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
  • A team player attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to deliver on our brand promise
