Must be willing to stay-in work set-up and residing from provinces (Bataan, Batangas, Pangasinan, Zambales, Visayas and Mindanao)
Vocational / Technical course in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Technology
TESDA certification (e.g., Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II/III) is an advantage
Minimum 2–5 years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
Must have driver's license and willing to transport heavy equipment for overhauling
Knowledgeable in hydraulic systems, electrical systems and hydraulics
Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Physically fit and able to work in demanding weather conditions
Willing to work on-site or extended hours
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork

Main Duties
Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of heavy equipment, forklifts, cranes, backhoe, loader, manlift, bulldozer, dump truck, truck mixer and other related vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system failures using appropriate tools and equipment.
Repair and overhauling of engines, transmissions, and braking systems to ensure continuous operation.
Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure all units are safe, operational, and compliant with safety and company standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and production teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime or disruption.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, monitor equipment performance, and recommend parts replacement or equipment improvements.
