SketchUp DesignerJob Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented SketchUp Designer to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in SketchUp, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate concepts, drawings, and client requirements into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural plans, sketches, and project specifications.
- Develop realistic renderings and visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Produce interior and exterior design visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Modify and revise models based on feedback and project updates.
- Ensure all models are accurate, organized, and adhere to project standards.
- Create construction and presentation drawings when required.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as a SketchUp Designer, 3D Modeler, Architectural Designer, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects.
- Portfolio showcasing SketchUp models and renderings.
Technical Requirements
