Software Proficiency: Highly familiar with computer-aided design (CAD) platforms along with industry-standard drafting software and tools.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience directly related to the engineering or drafting field.
Structural Engineering Core: A solid background or foundational understanding of structural principles and construction methods is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team alignment.
Mobility: Demonstrates complete willingness to travel to various project sites and locations as operational needs dictate.
