Duties and Responsibilities:
- To monitor all tasks on site to achieve set targets in project site and ensure quality products;
- To monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective or proactive actions to ensure workmanship on site will meet consumer expectations;
- To prepare reports and reconcile with counterpart from other departments including site document evaluation and approvals through internal coordination meeting for the project with various stakeholders; and
- To implement all environmental and safety requirements on site.
Qualifications:
- With at least 4-5 years of working experience in the construction industry preferably in horizontal development
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Knowledgeable on the applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws (i.e., National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Subdivision and Condominium buyer's Protective Decree (PD 957, Economic and Socialized Housing (BP 220)
- Experience in Land development and housing construction
- Knowledgeable in Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
- Proficient in different MS Office applications
- Good management skills like Project Management
- Strong Leadership skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
