About the Role

We are looking for a Site Selector who will identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic locations for new stores and business expansion.

The successful candidate will play an important role in our growth by finding high-potential locations, conducting site assessments, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring that proposed sites meet the company's business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential locations for new stores, kiosks, and restaurants based on expansion plans.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluate locations based on foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, demographics, competition, and commercial viability.
• Conduct market and competitor research to assess the potential of prospective locations.
• Gather and analyze relevant site information, including rental rates, lease terms, floor areas, and other commercial considerations.
• Prepare site evaluation reports and present recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with property owners, leasing agents, mall administrators, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate and facilitate discussions on rental rates and lease terms in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Monitor the status of proposed sites and ensure timely completion of site evaluation and endorsement.
• Maintain a database of prospective locations and market opportunities.
• Support the company's expansion strategies and other related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in site selection, real estate, property leasing, business development, or retail expansion.
• Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in market research, site evaluation, and commercial property assessment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-driven recommendations.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different locations as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
