Site Selection Officer

Job Description

The Site Selection Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending strategic locations for new pharmacy branches. The role involves conducting market and site analyses, coordinating with owners, and supporting lease negotiations to ensure locations meet the company's expansion and profitability objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, leasing, retail expansion, or a similar role, preferably in the retail, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry
• Proficient in site evaluation, market research, feasibility analysis, lease negotiation, report preparation, and Microsoft Office. Skilled in using google maps, and waze for site assessment and route planning. Can drive both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, attention to detail and stakeholder relationship management.
