Job Description

Key Qualifications:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
Hands-on experience with web and mobile applications
Strong understanding of Azure foundational components or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai, or Adobe services

Observability & Monitoring

Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or AppDynamics

Process Improvements

Background in process automation or improvement initiatives
Experience with programming languages like Python or Java

Core Skills

Ability to manage shifting priorities with flexibility
Strong communication and collaboration skills across crossfunctional teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
