The work:

As Site Reliability Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing team decisions and providing expert guidance to your colleagues, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Develop and implement best practices for application support and reliability.

Here's what you'll need:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.

- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.

- Proficient in monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.

- Familiarity with incident management and response processes.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
