We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems while collaborating closely with development teams to enhance application availability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure to support scalable and reliable applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with software development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes using scripting and tools.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance metrics are met.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to improve incident response and future reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of networking and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
