Site Reliability Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the core software platforms, analysing and troubleshooting any issues and automating the manual processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to investigate issues, implement solutions and drive improvements in reliability and performance of software systems in the organization

Role requirements

• 4 to 9 years of industry experience working as Site reliability engineer with good exposure to production support and incident management. Change Management
• Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc., and log monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, etc
• Good programming skills in any high-level programming languages like Java, python or golang.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS GCP is highly desirable

The key expectation from the role is :

1. Candidate must be comfortable working in shifts including night shifts and work onsite

2. Candidate must have prior experience in production support ( L1 / L2 ) support
