Role : Site/Property Location Lead

Shift : day Shift

Role : Lead discovery activities for an assigned JLL delivery location, connecting local operations, stakeholders, data, and evidence to the program's global methodology and decision-making.

Skills :

· Based in the city of the client location and able to work from the clieny=t delivery office.

· The local language (e.g., Polish, Mandarin, Spanish, Filipino) is the candidate's native language.

· Experienced in process consulting or business process management with shared services knowledge.

· Credible facilitator able to engage business process operations personnel, synthesize complex/detailed information, and drive decisions without direct authority.

· Analytical, evidence-oriented, well organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
