Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery to achieve timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
Define project scope, success metrics, and milestones aligned with organizational and client goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (People & Culture, Product, Talent Acquisition, IT Admin, Finance, Admin & Facilities) to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalation reports when needed.
Foster team collaboration and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage and improve delivery performance metrics such as velocity, throughput, and quality.
Ensure compliance with project standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile delivery.
Participate in post-project evaluations to capture learnings and enhance project management frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Experience using project tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
Demonstrates strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC).
Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimation, project scheduling, and risk management.
Experience in DMAIC, 6S, Lean, or Six Sigma, with the ability to apply frameworks to projects.
Background in APQP and project management standards.
Demonstrate success in managing technical and corporate projects.
Proven ability to multitask, manage dependencies, and lead teams in dynamic environments.
Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English with analytical thinking.
