Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, preferably in occupational health.
Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and first aid.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
Physical ability to perform emergency response duties.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
CPR and AED certification.
Responsibilities
Provide immediate medical care and first aid to site personnel.
Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status.
Manage occupational health programs and maintain health records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS.
Promote health education and wellness initiatives among employees.
Collaborate with site management and safety officers on health matters.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
Prepare reports on health incidents and recommend preventive measures.
