Responsibility:
1. Develop and execute the country strategy in alignment of corporate global strategy.
2. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance according to local regulations.
3. Leading a management team to build a high-performing team.
4.Acts as a business leader in the development, sales, and delivery of new business with new clients, monitor market trends and benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities.
5. Ensure full compliance with local laws and corporate regulations.
6.: Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and business success.
7. Promote company reputation in the local market, and build corporate values and culture locally based.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Management, or related field.
2. 10+ BPO experience and 5+ leadership experience.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that directly contributed to pipeline growth and revenue.
4. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision-making approach.
5. High adaptability and cultural sensitivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Fluent in English, Chinese language skill is plus.
