Title: Site Logistics Assistant Manager (Danao, Cebu)
The Site Logistics Assistant Manager Is Responsible For
- Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.
- Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.
- Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.
- Monitors the ageing of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.
- Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.
Job Qualification
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related courses
- At least with five (5) years of supervisory work experience in warehousing managemnt operations.
- Knowledgeable in the backend processes of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Must have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity, good interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization, effective communication skills, sound decision-making, and a high level of stress tolerance.
- Must be residing or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
