Site Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Bay, Laguna)

. Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch

. Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks

. Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control

. Lead, train & manage the store team.

. Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams

. Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance

. Handle escalations and peak volume operations

. Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)

. Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations

. Good leadership & team handling skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

. Strong coordination & communication skills [English + Tagalog]

. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
