Your Role:
As Facilities and Admin Supervisor with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in leading the Corporate Real Estate Services Team
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Regularly performing office inspection and determines which issues need to be addressed and plan for addressing the concern.
- Upkeeping of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture of the employees.
- Office Facilities Management
- Coordinating environmental/ pest control schedules and requirements
- Coordinating electrical requirements and concerns
- Coordinating repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry, and other office/ housekeeping requirements
- Coordinating with building admin for office requirements and requests Securing gate pass approval.
- Acting as Info-Hub for providing administration related information Assisting in planning for office lay-out.
- Ensuring timely implementation and cost control of the project
- Assisting in handling back-office operation, inter office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, checks etc.
- Securing facilitation of utility bills payment of relocated expat staff
- Coordinating PEZA and Taguig/Pasay City business permits, renewal, and other requirements
- Providing report to immediate superior regarding work update and daily activities
- Filing and safe keeping all forms and other daily job related documents.
- Attending equipment and building related issues and concerns
- Providing technical support to Property/Facility Manager on building maintenance program
- Work Location: Must be flexible to work in Pasay Office
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Must have at least 3 years prior experience in related area
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Willing to report onsite on a fulltime basis
