Job Description
- Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners,
RF devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for all technology-related
concerns.
- Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi-
Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity verification.
- Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM,
Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application
Support teams.
- Support onboarding, off boarding, device deployment, and
technology rollouts.
- Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets.
- Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle,
Freight, and other business applications.
- Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors.
- Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity
requirements.
