Site Facilities Supervisor

The Site Facilities Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance, operations, and support services within JFC facilities. The role ensures the reliability and efficiency of all emergency response systems and procedures, manages facility-related budgets, and secures full compliance with regulatory and company standards. This position is also responsible for sustaining Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, enforcing management systems and operational procedures, and providing technical assistance to other commissaries.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Engineeringpreferably Electrical or Mechanicaland a licensed professional engineer.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of solid experience in facilities and property management.
• Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for problemsolving and continuous improvement.
• Capable of building productive relationships and handling sensitive or confidential information with maturity.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites, including regular coordination meetings with key stakeholders.
• Willing to work full onsite in Danao, Cebu.
