About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at
PALACE CONSTRUCTION INC.
in
Bacolod City . As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and successful delivery of our construction projects. This full-time position requires a strong background in
Civil/Structural Engineering
and the ability to effectively manage on-site operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and seamless project delivery
Monitor site progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement necessary corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site records
Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in
Civil/Structural Engineering
or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Familiar with construction methods, materials, and equipment
Proficient in using relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, project management, and site monitoring applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirement
