Site Engineer

Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Paete. This position is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The Site Engineer coordinates with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and site workers to resolve technical issues and maintain consistent project progress. Typical tasks include monitoring quality control on materials and workmanship, reviewing drawings and plans, preparing site reports, and communicating updates to project management and clients. The role also involves identifying and mitigating site risks, supporting adherence to regulatory requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering graduate
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With construction/site experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in construction methods, site supervision, and engineering practices
• Able to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Knowledge in quantity take-off and site documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned to project sites
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday / according to project schedule
