We are hiring Site Engineers for NCR and Davao Area:

Position: Site Engineer - NCR (FTK/OSP)

Job Description:

• Construction Supervision: Supervise field activities, including aerial and underground cable construction, trenching, splicing, and manhole/handhole installation.
• Site Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work adheres to technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Permitting & Right-of-Way: Coordinate with local authorities and municipalities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot field issues, providing technical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, update, and manage As-Built drawings and documentation upon project completion.
• Material & Vendor Management: Monitor contractor performance and manage materials to ensure efficient, on-budget execution.
• Fiber Splicing & Testing: Oversee fiber splicing, cable testing, and verification to maintain network performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: over 2 years in OSP design and construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/GIS software and knowledge of fiber optic topology.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Education: Bachelor Degree Graduate
• Base Location: NCR (BGC or Makati Office)

Position: Transport MIN Site Engineer - Davao

Job Description:

1. Support MIN transport project delivery.
2. Support Region Project Manager handle routine work including but not limit on subcon progress management / internal report preparation / material outbound management / co-operate with other department for necessary task.
3. Monitor project plan execution, update/maintain project operation data, output monitoring reports, and take responsibility for plan completion and accuracy.
4. Develop project schedule, activity breakdown structures and subcontractor resource requirement as well as allocation.
5. Daily monitoring of progress, collection of progress data and escalation of issues of the activities on sites.
6. Managing change orders of internal, subcontractors and clients.
7. Communicating project status updates to project managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
8. Maintaining and updating project control systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize the preparation of the project integrated plan based on the contract and project characteristics, and monitor the implementation of the plan. Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan, including the following responsibilities:

1. Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate the three-party plans and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
2. Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
3. Routinely monitor the project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.

Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Telecommunications, Engineering, Electronics, Management etc) and/or equivalent experience.
2. PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.
3. 2 years and above telecom project work experience.
4. Basic project management experience.
5. Good communication skills with other department.
6. Bid planning management experience.
