Qualifications
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
- 3-5 years residential or fit-out experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Can drive, with driver's license
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise residential and fit-out construction
- Monitor progress and on-schedule completion
- Coordinate with clients, representatives and trades
- Prepare cost estimate and material requisitions
- Submit daily/weekly reports and site documents
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards
Salary Range 25k-35k [with Allowance Negotiable]
Work location - Laguna and with projects in Greater Manila [Manila and Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan]
Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm with Overtime pay
