Site Development Head

About The Role

We are looking for a Site Development Head to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of site development initiatives that support ACMobility's business growth.

The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process, from site identification and acquisition to project delivery and commercial readiness. The successful candidate will lead a team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of site development projects aligned with business objectives.
• Develop strategies for site selection, acquisition, and network expansion.
• Oversee project development, construction, and deployment activities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and overall delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, property partners, and other stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure effective vendor and contractor management.
• Establish processes and systems to improve project execution, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and recommend improvements to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Site Development team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in site development, project management, infrastructure, construction, business development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, and project execution.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
