Role Overview
Site Cost Supervisor to oversee cost control, procurement, and contract compliance for high-end developments at Rockwell Nepo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tendering cycle for contractors and consultants, from pre-qualification to final award recommendations.
- Ensure competitive, transparent, and cost-effective procurement aligned with project objectives.
- Prepare detailed Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on architectural, structural, and MEPFS drawings.
- Monitor project budgets and provide timely reports to management.
- Review Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and monthly contractor billings.
- Track project cash flow and highlight variances or risks.
- Analyze site variations and change requests to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and budget limits.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions to mitigate financial impact.
- Assist in dispute resolution and claim analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Agreements and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Civil Engineer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and interpersonal skills for negotiation and collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to Rockwell's standards.
- On-site at Angeles City.
