Site Cost Engineer Cebu

As a Site Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring construction project costs on-site, ensuring expenses remain within budget while maintaining quality and efficiency. You will handle cost estimation, expenditure tracking, financial analysis, and cost control recommendations. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and procurement teams, you will help optimize costs and keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review cost estimates for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Monitor actual project costs against the budget and identify any deviations.
• Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and variations to maintain cost efficiency.
• Implement cost control measures and recommend adjustments to stay within budget.
• Generate financial reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow analyses for management review.
• Assist in project progress evaluations and verify completed work against payment requests.
• Validate invoices, purchase orders, and material requisitions to ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost management procedures.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to enhance project cost efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural construction, site inspection, or supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu
