Site Civil Engineer (Cavite - Tanza)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Civil Engineer at Luana Lifestyle and Leisure Hotel Inc. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and execute civil engineering activities, including planning, supervising construction works, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and resolving design and construction issues as they arise. The role requires managing site resources, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth progress. Regular inspections, quality assessments, and documentation are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and strong foundational knowledge for effective problem-solving
• Capability in Planning and managing project timelines with attention to detail
• Background in Civil Engineering with an understanding of structural principles and site-specific requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; licensed Civil Engineer preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in hospitality or commercial construction projects is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Cavite - Tanza
