ROLE OVERVIEW

The Site Acquisition Specialist supports the identification, coordination, and documentation of infrastructure deployment locations. This role ensures efficient field coordination, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with company standards to support project implementation timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site scouting, field validation, and preliminary feasibility assessments
• Coordinate with property developers, building administrators, and site representatives
• Assist in preparing site documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Support acquisition negotiations and stakeholder coordination activities
• Ensure accurate documentation of site information and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure project readiness
• Monitor assigned tasks and escalate risks or delays when necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in telecom operations, project coordination, real estate, or field-based roles is an advantage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work in field-based environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

• Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure or property coordination
• Knowledge of LGU coordination processes is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
