Site Acquisition and Identification Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for new site selection across all different regions in the Philippines for new store development and expansions.
• Establish site selection standards and predictive sales analysis standards.
• Conduct site selection visits.
• Present potential new sites to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College Graduate.
• With experience in Site Acquisition preferably in the Retail Industry.
• Knowledge of site acquisition processes, leasing, and zoning terminology.
• Preferably with owned vehicle or motorcycle and willing to do field work.
