Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance.
Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products.
Supports base station cutover with subcorn and SE.
Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcorn/customers.
Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience as a RAN engineer and having base station swap experience, in major telecommunication vendor/operators is a plus.
Rich experience in formulating comprehensive technical solutions, risk identification, quality prevention, integration verification and implementation.
Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication and negotiation skills, as well as team operation and management capabilities
