What you will do: In this critical role, your main purpose will be to provide high-quality simulator training to qualified cadets and plant personnel.
You will also:
- Design & Lead Training: Prepare lesson plans, conduct initial and ongoing simulator training on Ovation Operator and Engineering Applications, and evaluate trainee performance.
- Assess Operators: Perform crucial assessments of Control Room Operators and Assistant Control Room Operators before they are confirmed in their positions.
- Provide DCS Technical Support: Collaborate with plant stakeholders to develop, test, and implement control system logic and build mathematical models using the Ovation Embedded Simulator.
- Drive the Cadetship Program: Assist in developing and teaching overall training plans with international training center programs.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
- At least three (3) years of experience teaching Engineering subjects, particularly in power plant design and operations.
- At least two (2) years of experience working in a power plant control room.
- With knowledge of coal-fired power plant theories and principles, plant systems, power generation technologies, and Ovation embedded simulator software.
