Showroom Sales Consultant (Indoor & Outdoor)

Key Responsibilities

. Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with design & product advice.

. Build strong relationships and follow up with leads & inquiries.

. Achieve sales targets and deliver great customer experiences.

. Stay updated on interior & outdoor living trends.

. Keep the showroom attractive and organized.

. Conduct occasional client home visits for design consultations.

Qualifications

. Education: GCE O Level / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.

. Experience: Background in sales, interior design, or home décor is preferred.

. Language: Fluency in Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication strong interpersonal skills.

. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

. Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
