Dexterton Corporation is opening a dedicated Simmons Mattress Gallery, combining its experience in premium home and interior products with Simmons reputation for mattress innovation, comfort, and quality sleep. We are seeking energetic, personable, and commercially minded Sales Consultants who want to build a career in sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience.
• Understand customers sleep needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present, demonstrate, and recommend Simmons mattresses and related products.
• Prepare quotations, assist with purchases, and follow up on leads.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build customer relationships and encourage referrals.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
• Support promotions, launches, events, and other showroom activities.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and operations teams for a smooth customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is an entry-level sales opportunity; extensive experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who are confident, professional, organized, dependable, and willing to learn.

Applicants should:

• Have a college degree; some college education with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
• Have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales.
• Enjoy meeting and communicating with different people.
• Be comfortable approaching customers and recommending products.
• Be motivated by sales targets and commissions.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.

Experience selling mattresses, furniture, home products, appliances, interiors, or other premium retail products is an advantage but not required.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time retail position requiring shift work, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Typical shifts:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

or

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Applicants must be comfortable working either shift.
