Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Spare Parts portal on Shopify, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
- Manage and optimize product data for improved visibility and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, development, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Assist with inventory tracking and product categorization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings or platform functionality.
- Stay current with Shopify tools, features, and best practices to enhance product and content management.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the Prosys sales portal, ensuring alignment with product updates and pricing.
- Update promotional details and marketing materials on both the Shopify website and Prosys portal in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure promotional banners, campaign pages, and seasonal offers are accurately reflected across platforms.
Required:
- Minimum1 year of experiencemanaging eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience required).
- Basic understanding ofHTML and CSS.
- Full-stack development knowledge, with familiarity in both front-end and back-end processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Word.
- Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities.
- Ability to efficiently handlelarge volumes of product data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience withcatalog-based product listings.
- Familiarity withSEO and product optimization strategies.
- Exposure tographic design tools(e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Willingness to learnShopify Liquid, JavaScript, or similar web technologies.
