In just 7 months, we've grown into a 40-person global team and are already spending $2M/month on Meta ads. Our goal Scale into a 9-figure brand within the next 12 months.
This means we operate in a high-speed, high-accountability environment where execution quality and performance matter.
We're looking for a Developer / Funnel Builder to own the build and delivery of high-converting landing pages, advertorials, listicles, and sales funnels on Shopify.
This is a hands-on execution role where you'll collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Designers to bring funnels to life — fast, clean, and conversion-focused.
What You'll Do
Funnel Development
- Build high-converting pages using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work with tools like GemPages, Replo, or custom sections
- Translate briefs, copy, and designs into fully functional pages
- Ensure mobile-first, fast-loading, pixel-perfect builds
- Implement tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversion events)
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with creatives and marketers
- Ship new funnels weekly — speed matters
- Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, and timelines
AI Integration
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot
- Move faster with AI — but apply strong judgment to outputs
Optimization
- Launch A/B tests and iterate based on performance
- Maintain reusable templates and components
- Continuously improve funnel performance
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years building Shopify landing pages or funnels
- Strong skills in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with page builders (GemPages, Replo, PageFly, etc.)
- Background in DTC / ecommerce (conversion-focused work)
- Detail-oriented and fast-moving
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable using AI tools effectively
Nice-to-Haves
- CRO experience (you understand what converts)
- Advertorial / long-form page experience
- Tracking tools like Meta Pixel, GTM, Triple Whale
- Experience working with marketing teams
