Our client is looking for an experienced Shopify Expert to manage and optimize multiple e-commerce websites across retail and wholesale markets. This role will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing Shopify websites with extensive product catalogs, high SKU volumes, and a large number of images. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Shopify development, theme customization, and app integrations, along with experience working with U.S. clients.

What You'll Do
- Maintain and optimize multiple Shopify websites (retail and wholesale) ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions
- Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and attractive
- Handle large SKU volumes efficiently, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and images
- Customize Shopify themes and ensure align with brand aesthetic and business objectives
- Configure Shopify for wholesale customers, including pricing tiers, bulk order processing, and restricted content
- Ensure compliance with Shopify and all marketplace policies and regulations
- Monitor website performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall user experience and increase sales
- Improve website speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Implement and manage Shopify apps for automation, reporting, and enhanced functionality
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless store operations
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance highlighting eCommerce-specific metrics
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms
What You'll Need
- 3+ years and proven experience as a Shopify Expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Shopify projects
- Prior experience working with U.S. clients and e-commerce businesses
- Deep understanding of the Shopify platform, including its features, functionalities, and integrations
- Proven experience handling large product catalogs (high SKU counts) and bulk data imports
- Strong understanding of Liquid (Shopify's templating language), HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customizing Shopify themes and templates
- Experience with Shopify API and third-party app integrations
- Experience with wholesale/B2B Shopify setups
- Experience with e-commerce best practices, including SEO, conversion rate optimization, and mobile responsiveness
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP integrations is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
