Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated Shopify E-commerce Store Manager to lead the digital storefront operations of our client. In this role, you will serve as the primary person responsible for all e-commerce platform management, ensuring the online store remains competitive and high-performing while aligning online operations with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, landing pages, and banners, to drive conversions.
- Oversee product listings and sales performance across third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience and implement updates to keep the store current and competitive.
- Monitor marketplace trends and adjust product positioning and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Proactively recommend and execute initiatives to increase online sales and traffic across all channels.
- Continuously audit and improve product content, site structure, and marketplace presence.
- Report on sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure digital operations align with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Shopify stores in a product-based e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with listing and selling on third-party platforms, including eBay and Amazon.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Creative problem-solver who can identify what can be improved and take action without constant direction.
