Job Description

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients for shopfitting and warehouse racking projects.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the costing and technical team for the preparation of quotations and proposals.
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms , and follow up to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from planning to installation.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure smooth and on-time completion.
  • Supervise team performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction from projecti start to completion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of shopfitting and warehouse racking systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
  • Proficient in AutoCad.
  • Excellent sales and client management skills.
  • Strong project coordination and site supervision experience.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
