Job Description:

  • Build relationship with MCNs to onboard them to be Shopee Affiliate Partners and convince MCNs to consistently engage their KOLs in Shopee Videos
  • Manage end-to-end execution of MCN Shopee Video projects, from planning to post-project reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to finalize brand and SKU deals for MCN Shopee Video projects.
  • Work closely with KOLs and MCNs / Shopee Affiliate Partners to align on video content, talking points, and promotional highlights.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and analyze stream performance data to provide actionable insights and improvements for future campaigns.
  • Ensure all merchandising (MD) processes are completed accurately and on time before each campaign.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to integrate Shopee Video efforts with broader campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or account managementpreferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience in working in MCNs preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Affiliate Partner projects, from planning to post-stream analysis.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal and external teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely merchandising (MD) execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking stream performance, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights.
